About The Sales Doctor

I am a husband, father, step-father and grandfather. 

Throughout my career I have been a successful sales leader, with teams of all sizes across Europe and the US. 

I have been the winner of multiple Presidents clubs and sales awards, and many of my recruits have gone on to become successful sales leaders and company owners. 

I am a student of the science of sales optimisation.  

It has a simple formula.

Skill (S) + Knowledge (K) + Process (P) = Greatness (G).

Skill and Knowledge are often priorities with organisations but Process is often an afterthought or ignored entirely.  I am determined to change that.

I like to run for long distances. 

I am unlikely to ever win a race but that doesn't matter as I just love to run.   

It is often where I get my best ideas and my clearest thoughts.

I became a Christian later in life and have held a number of leadership positions at my church.  

My faith is central to all that I do and forms my moral compass.
